Your Advisor Account

STEP 1: LOG IN

You can log in using your LPL email, or username (first part of your LPL email before “@lpl.com” – example: john.doe).

If it is your first time logging in, you may access through the default password – WelcometoJFC! 

STEP 2: UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD

Once you have successfully logged in, you are HIGHLY encouraged to reset your password following the steps below:

  1. Once logged in, you can click on “Your Profile” in the top navigation under the “Advisor Portal” tab.
  2. Click on the “Change Password” tab to change your password. 

You will have to contact us to set up an advisor account. 

Simply select “Forgot Your Password?” on the log in screen. Enter your LPL email address* and a password reset will be sent if an account is set up under that email address. (*unless you change the email used to log in after initial set up.)

Yes, you may! Once logged in, you can click on “Your Profile” in the top navigation under the “Advisor Portal” tab.

Here, you can find the section to change your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Password.
